Italian Broad Beans With Pancetta


Pancetta is an Italian cured marbled bacon. If you can't find Pancetta, use country bacon slices.

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

Directions:

Cook the pancetta until just brown. Add the onion and garlic and cook until just soft.

Toss in the beans and cook for 1 minute.

Add the water or broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer 20 minutes.

Serve warm.
