Glazed Ham

This baked ham centered many a Dutch Christmas and Easter table.

Serves 10-12

Ingredients:

Directions:

Wash ham and cover with boiling water and let cook on top of stove for 4 hours.

Let ham stand in liquid overnight.

Next day remove the fatty rind and make gashes across the surface of the ham.

Stick cloves in the gashes.

Mix sugar, flour and mustard with syrup and water.

Spread over ham.

Place ham in roasting pan.

Bake uncovered at 400°F for 45 minutes or until glazed and thoroughly heated.
