Mac-n-Cheese

This is Anne's "Soulfood" ...

4 Servings

Ingredients:

Directions:

Boil salted water. Add macaroni. Cook according to package directions.

Pour macaroni through a colander. Do not rinse.

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add milk

Add contents of cheese mix. Mix. Remove from heat.

Add drained macaroni and mix gently.

Serve topped with red pepper and parsley.
