Martha's Greens

This delicious "soul food" was served by a famous Rock star for lunch with a friend.

Servings 3-6

Ingredients:

Directions:

Wash greens.

Chop turkey necks in half.

Put greens and turkey necks in pot.

Add water.

Add herbs, salt and pepper

Cook until greens are tender.
