Pemberton Cookbook

Oyster Stew

Christmas Eve favorite. Serve with oyster crackers.

Serves 3-4

Ingredients:

Directions:

Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat.

Add onion, Stir.

Lower heat, cook until onions are transparent.

Add milk and oysters.

Simmer 5 minutes.

Serve Immediately.
