Potato Cakes

This is called Rosti in Switzerland.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Peel the potatoes. Put in pot with water, bring to boil. Boil ten minutes.

Cool, cover and refrigerate.

Grate the potatoes. Season. Form into patties.

Heat the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.

Add the patties and brown on both sides.

Serve warm.
