Red Potatoes

Medium to large Red Potatoes are well suited to microwave baking.

Serves 2

Directions:

Scrub two medium red potatotes

Pierce with folk overall the potato evenly. Place potatoes on a plate in the microwave.

Microwave on high for 9 minutes.

Take potatoes out of mocrowave and cool for five minutes.

Serve with butter or gravy.
