Scalloped Oysters

Oysters are in season over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

Directions:

Mix together the saltines, melted butter, milk, and seasonings.

Lightly oil a medium casserole dish.

Add 1/3 of the cracker mix.

Top with 1/2 the oysters, then 1/3 cracker mix, then the rest of the oysters.

Top with the rest of the cracker mix.

Bake at 400°F for 45-50 minutes or until the top browns slightly.
