Slathered Steaks

Use NY Strip Steaks, Kansas City steaks, T-bone steaks. Onions are still crunchy when steaks are medium rare.

Serve 2 or more

Ingredients:

Directions:

Rub steaks with margarine. Rub bottom of pan with margarine.

Put steaks and onions in heated skillet.

Cook on low turning occasionally until steaks are done to taste.
